Sometimes it seems so hard to give credit appropriately. I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to create the references for "The Son of Man" and "Lady with an Ermine" correctly. I have always found citations to be a bit stressful; my 6th grade English teacher put the fear in me.
Of course, the internet has made citing sources easier, there are websites with the guidelines, automatic generators, and chrome add ons.
One tool I want to highlight is Zotero. I found Zotero through the library resources. You can manually input information into the program.
Then choose which style you would like the references to be created in.
With the Google Chrome Ad-On, you are able to automatically capture the source information and it is added to your Zotero Library. (Be sure to check the captured information, like everything, mistakes can be made)
You can sort your sources in folders and add tags.
Hopefully with new tools being introduced, and both old and new tools being improved, students (well, all people) will be less stressed about the process of giving proper credit.
I recommend looking into Zotero. Do you have a citation tool you love? Please share in the comments!

Jodie! Thank you for sharing this information. I have not heard of Zotero. This is neat! I agree, it can be overwhelming to figure out exactly the citation needed for various sources. You can certainly cite something, however, is it within the exact APA style, that is another question. This is very important to correctly give credit where credit is due. I appreciate you sharing this post!
